Responsibility : • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Take responsibility on sales target as assigned Sales Budget with targeted gross margin.
• Drive sales team to achieve the target by controlling and monitoring the department sales pipeline and forecast to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
• Directly supervise the day-to-day sales operations activities; execute and deploy the sales plans.
• Support the management team in defining the competitive landscape for the sales group. Support the identification and prioritization sales growth, and sales opportunities and services through customer feedback insights, customer needs, and business capabilities.
• Set and execute sales objectives and goals with direct responsibility for monitoring established targets (i.e. growth rate, gross margin contribution, profit criteria, revenue). Responsible for the monitoring and overall execution of the detailed plan of activities to ensure sales targets and goals are achieved.
• Execute and monitor performance standards for the sales organization. Direct and reassess priorities in order to achieve sales volume objectives.
• Develop and monitor medium/short-term sales forecasting to support the overall organization’s strategy and goals (i.e. annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly results).
• Lead and oversee the tactical deployment and execution of sales targets and performance program(s). Consolidate and monitor aggregated team performance and address performance gaps.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the revenue.  
Qualifications : • University degree, age 35-45
• Min 10 years proven successful record in sales force management
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Result oriented with strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills
• Analytical with ability to evaluate market situation and improve on strategies versus competitors
• Outgoing personality and being hands on
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
