Responsibility : • Oversee the development and implementation of learning and development strategies
• Oversee the preparation of training budget ensuring that the budget is strictly adhered to, that all costs are controlled and that expenditures are properly approved.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of Training Plan and Calendar.
• Analyse and continuously improve training practices and systems to achieve business results.
• Consolidate and prepare month training reports.
• Support and implementation of Training and Development program including talent management, skill-training, organization and culture transformation.
• Develop tools required to improve the technical skills and soft skill in all staff level
• Review training material, tools and document and keep them up to date
• Execute any activation needed around talent development process and tools in developing for both the short and medium term needs of the company
• Lead Training and development program for all employees level
• Oversee the planning, communication, execution of training programmes such as leadership development, functional skills training, overseas seminars, ensuring that employees successfully complete necessary training as required.
• Communicate training and development programmes/activities, creating awareness to build employee branding and enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure that all Training and Development program and activities has been conducted according to the plan
• Oversee the maintenance of training records, ensuring that the database is up-to-date.
 
Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational development or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years experiences in Training, Learning & Development
• Experience in Retail business.
• Strong background in Human Resource Development, Training, and Development.
• Able to conduct a training course and be professional facilitator, is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, and result-oriented, good team player.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
• Good command of English & computer literate (excel, PowerPoint & word)
