Company description : Our Japanese client is one of the world’s leading companies in Biomaterial Development.  
Responsibility : REPORTING TO: Japanese General Manager

• Provide full spectrum of operational HR functions and support to the business
• As a pioneer in the company assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines
• Create and maintain the company regulations, employment contract including benefit packages and other General affair activities
• Setting competencies & KPI’s for future positions
• Provide advice to management in relation to all human resources management, labour law and General affair activities
• Handing recruitment assignments including developing job description, screening applications, interview applicants and short-listing qualified candidates to line manager
• Manage on-boarding process
• Maintain the HR database including information of staff background, employment contract, experience and benefits
• Identify, summarize and analyze training needs of employees
• Responsible for BOI procedures
• Responsible for management of the payroll function, including income tax, provident fund and social security payment
• Implement and execute local HR Initiatives
• To administer employee welfare, wellness and health program
• To recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
• Coordinating with outsourcing company for Accounting task. Establishment of an accounting title for all the expenses
 
Qualifications : • Aged 35 years and above.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
• Strong knowledge of labor law and experienced with other general affairs activities.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Accounting (understanding the title of account and finantial statement (BS, PL, CF)
• Ideal candidates should have experienced in setting up and establish headquarter / company in Thailand before.
• Be able to create equal relationships with others.
• Up for challenge and likes solving problems or trouble shooting.
• Experience from working with Japanese company an advantage
• Experience in dealing with BOI a plus
• Fluency in English spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all level
• Strong sense of initiative, independent and able to evaluate and prioritize issues and situations.
