Responsibility : • Provide strategic leadership for the HR function building a strong culture to support company values
• Act as a strategic business partner in senior management
• Manage the human capital in terms of engagement and development of employees to enable them to deliver the objectives of their positions to serve the business needs
• Act as a change agent and manage the organizational development process
• Lead initiatives on employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, management development and compensation
• Work with the HR Management to ensure that the appraisal process is aligned with the needs and policies of the company
• Monitor salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost control
• Provide advice and support in employment relations programs and communications
 
Qualifications : • University degree in related field
• 15 years’ experience in HR Management and HR Development
• Demonstrated ability in all aspects of HR functions
• Pro-active and hands-on with ability to positively engage with and influence all levels of an organization
• Strategic, customer focused and business/ result oriented
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with track record of developing effective relationships with diverse client groups
• Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through an organization
• Ability to successfully handle organizational development issues
• Convincing leadership and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
