Responsibility : Supporting the HR Manager in overall HR responsibilities your primary functions as HR Generalist include:

• Ensure accurate information in payroll database. Verify and provide inputs regarding data and pay changes.
• Handle all Recruitment Activities and processes to support company manpower plan and business needs.
• Handle all Training Activities and processes supporting short and long-term business needs.
• Participate in implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems
• Provide relations activities in accordance with company strategy to enhance employee morale
• Support in any disciplinary and other employee issues where specific business area knowledge is essential
• Perform ad hoc assignments  
Qualifications : • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field
• 3-7 years experience in HR functions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organization skills with ability to multitask
• Dynamic, creative and service minded
• Good command of spoken and written English.
