Key Functions
- Develop and implement sales strategies/ plan to achieve the sales target.
- Conduct weekly sales review to support distributor in achieving the monthly sales target.
- Oversee overall branch operations and supervise activities to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Handle operational issues such as product returns, execution of action plans and field activities.
- Ensure the branch complies with guidelines and operational procedures.
- Build, maintain and enhance business relationships with current & potential clients.
- Monitor, maintain and improve on service quality.
- Respond promptly to distributor inquiries.
- Lead and inspire a motivated and high-performance team.
- Foster strong teamwork and collaborative relationships among all branch personnel.
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Instrument, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience.
- Professional presentation skill.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills/ pleasant personality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to coach the team to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- The role requires a willingness to work flexible hours and to travel frequently
