Marketing Manager, F&B, Bangkok

Pacific 2000 is presently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated candidate with exceptional energy, commitment and vision for the following role:

Key Functions

  • 5 years’ experience in F&B
  • Ability to manage marketing for a chain of 150+ branches
  • Commercially driven: running marketing with commercial goal in mind (linking to sales and brand strengthening)
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns (NPD, seasonal, new product lines, new stores with usage of appropriate marketing channels (online and offline); lead promotions (own platform, differentiate and be successful in delivery, and e-commerce platforms and in-store promotions)
  • Strong and adept in digital marketing. Resourceful – know how to use agency, bloggers, influencers
  • Ability to lead agency, give guidelines and challenge them to get on the right path
  • Hands on and fast paced person, managing 6 junior subordinates (marketing admin and graphic designers)
  • Love the challenges and wanting to do something impactful
  • Will have quantifiable KPI’s and enjoy reward based on performance. Will have to do strategic planning and drive execution in detail (work not only with marketing team but also others that are required to make campaigns successful)
  • Work 6 days every second week
