Reporting To

Sales Marine Protective Coating Manager

Support Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships and pursuing profitable growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Assist in developing customer account plans for all assigned customers by identifying their needs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries, and accounts closely with customers and contractors.
Resolve problems, respond to technical and commercial queries, and inspect painting progress to ensure timely project completion and optimal coating performance.
Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Follow up on projects within allocated geographical territories and market segments by coordinating and closely monitoring with project personnel to ensure company products are utilized, aiming to achieve the sales budget.
Monitor collections to ensure customer payments are received within the agreed terms to achieve the budgeted days outstanding.
Liaise with the client market by responding to sales and technical inquiries, introducing new products, and monitoring projects according to specifications.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to acquire new business and boost sales turnover and profitability with existing customers.
Participate in sales meetings to gather and discuss information on sales objectives, new products, technical issues, market insights, and other relevant topics.

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine industry, including 3 years of managerial experience.
Strong understanding of the marine business, including industry trends and challenges.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Good communication and written skill in Thai & English.
