Reporting To

Human Resources Manager

Key Functions

  • Responsible for conducting recruitment processes in accordance with company’s policies and standards to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
  • Responsible for providing advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioural analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the best candidate.
  • Responsible for developing employees’ competencies by providing high quality training program based on individual or team development plan to enhance their job skills to become more effective and productive.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement talent management activities that align with the organisational direction.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experiences as a Talent Management/Talent Acquisition in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
