About the Role:
One of the largest integrated solutions providers of medical equipment, supplies
and services in Asia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily country support requests including evaluating, assigning tasks
- to the relevant IT team members, and closely tracking progress until
- resolution.
- Gather information from business departments to determine functional
requirements, analyse, and translate into documented requirement and
design specifications. - Collaborate with Corporate IT to design new technological solutions by
constructing process maps, defining data capture mechanisms, and
incorporating system functionalities that provide end-to-end business
solutions. - Identify continuous improvement projects that improve system performance,
reduce cycle time, eliminate errors and reduce cost. - Manage projects by using the Project Management Methodology to increase
project success rates. - Coordinate with local consultants for country-specific localization
development, maintenance, and support. - Provide references for users by writing and maintaining creative user
documentation. - Prepare technical reports by collecting and analysing information and trends.
- Responsible for coordinating infrastructure-related matters with Corporate IT
and Hub IT teams. - Accountable for ensuring compliance with IT security and control standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in IT or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in IT, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- In depth exposure in enterprise applications.
- Knowledge in common IT hardware and software platforms.
- Strong project management and data analyst.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey relevant IT-related
information to superiors and peers in other practices, as well as to tactfully
communicate sensitive information. - Good command of written and spoken English.
- Able to travel overseas when required.
