Location: Pakkred,Nonthaburi
Company: Construction / Engineering – Public Listed Company (SET)
Salary: THB 75,000–90,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full scope of Accounting & Finance functions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance
  with TFRS.
• Oversee Percentage of Completion (PoC) / TFRS 15 revenue recognition
  and construction project accounting.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, budgeting and project cost control.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, SET, DBD and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditor / audit firms and support audit processes.
• Oversee internal controls, financial risk management and governance.
• Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team and improve
  ERP/accounting systems.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Registered Accountant with DBD – mandatory.
• 8–12 years of overall Accounting & Finance experience.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in a Public Listed / SET company.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in Construction / Engineering business,
  preferably with PoC revenue recognition / construction project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of TFRS, especially TFRS 15.
• Good understanding of SEC / SET reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of CIT, VAT and WHT.
• CPA or Big 4 / reputable audit firm experience is a plus.
• Good English communication and financial reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate with CFO / MD / Board /
  Audit Committee.
• Target Candidate Profile: Accounting & Finance Manager / Financial
  Controller / Senior Accounting Manager from a SET-listed construction or
  engineering company, with strong experience in TFRS 15, PoC, project
  cost accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
