Responsibility:
- Monitor performance and provide support to help the team achieve their sales targets
- Rental Management ; Foods & Restaurant , Fashion , IT , Banking and other services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved issues
- Co-ordinate and Control Decoration Plan
- Market Survey , Collecting data and Compare
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree of Marketing , Business Administration or related field
- At least 15 years of experience as a team leader.
- Experiences in Property Development , Shopping Mall and Retail will be advantage
- Leadership , Interpersonal and Negotiate skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication
