Responsibility:

• Monitor performance and provide support to help the team achieve their sales targets
• Rental Management ; Foods & Restaurant , Fashion , IT , Banking and other services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved issues
• Co-ordinate and Control Decoration Plan
• Market Survey , Collecting data and Compare
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management
  

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree of Marketing , Business Administration or related field
• At least 15 years of experience as a team leader.
• Experiences in Property Development , Shopping Mall and Retail will be advantage
• Leadership , Interpersonal and Negotiate skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication
