In leading Pacific 2000, Phuchisa brings many years of senior management experience in a variety of sectors. As well as her education abroad, Phuchisa has spent much of her professional life with and alongside foreign businesspeople and this allows her a particular sensitivity to the dynamics of Thai-foreign professional relationships. She knows what works, and how attitudes to work and professional success needs to be managed by Thai staff and their foreign employers and managers. As part of her responsibility in considering candidates and putting them forward to clients, she will offer counsel and guidance to ensure a successful placement.
Once a candidate takes up an offer, Phuchisa remains regularly available to client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition into the new role.
