You know what you’re doing, but if you want to talk things over, just give us a call. We’ll listen, reflect and respond. We agree that its smart to consider innovation and good ideas that respond to circumstances but we also understand the need to be prudent, to be wise and cautious. Either way, Pacific 2000 is here to help.

We want to get to know you, to know your company and especially, to know your HR needs. The better we know you, the better we can serve you. For our initial assignment with you, we may ask a few additional questions but we’ll do our own research as well.

We’ll ask for a job description for your vacancy and we’ll work together with you to get this into perfect shape. Then we’ll search our database as well as promote to find suitable candidates.

We only present candidates that we have met with and assessed as suitable. This may take some time, so please let us know if your vacancy is urgent. We want to be certain that each candidate we put forward is suitable for your role. We remain available through your interview and assessment so as to support both sides towards the ideal outcome.

We want this appointment to be successful for both parties. We want you to be happy with our service and support and we’ll do all we reasonable can to ensure this.

And, finally, should the candidate leave or be justifiably terminated within four months of appointment, we’ll find the replacement for them at no additional charge.
