Assistant Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager to oversee manpower management within the boutique, ensuring optimal staffing levels and effective scheduling.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels to meet business demands.
  • Handle all purchasing-related matters in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and uphold exceptionally high standards of customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the entire sales team, ensuring alignment with the boutique’s goals and values.
  • Take full accountability for the monthly sales target, driving strategies to ensure both group and individual targets are achieved.
  • Monitor and encourage employee performance, keeping the team motivated and results focused.
  • Ensure overall boutique upkeep and housekeeping to reflect the luxury brand image at all times.
