AVP Sales (Domestic Market)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage domestic sales strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the domestic sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to develop proactive sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in domestic sales or sales team management.
  • Strong sales strategy planning skills with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of distribution channels, customer management, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Willingness to travel to upcountry locations as required.
  • Positive mindset with a strong drive to motivate and develop team members.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
