Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage domestic sales strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, supervise, and support the domestic sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to develop proactive sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in domestic sales or sales team management.
- Strong sales strategy planning skills with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of distribution channels, customer management, and CRM systems.
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Willingness to travel to upcountry locations as required.
- Positive mindset with a strong drive to motivate and develop team members.
- Good command of English communication skills.
