Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/annual financial closing.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, BOI requirements, and internal/company group policies.
• Manage corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, and coordinate tax and BOI matters with external auditors and government authorities
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and financial risk.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes to support business growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and compliance awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and overseas teams to provide financial guidance and support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement within the finance function.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in manufacturing (electronics, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, BOI, and audit processes.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
