About the Role:
We’re hiring a Service Manager to join a growing and reputable company in the heavy equipment services industry. With a strong presence in the market, we specialize in providing high-quality machinery solutions and after-sales support to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study overall Organization capability towards Job demands.
- Manpower Planning – Recruitment Process, Skills, Training, Job Capacity & Work Culture.
- Ensure proper System and Procedure has been set up for good Quality service and better productivity.
- Follow up on Job Completion with Service Stuff to meet 3 days L/T
- Set minimum / maximum Inventory stock
- Select Supplier for low cost, good quality, short L/T and good response (Reliable)
- Promote Inventory Accuracy activity
- Ensure all necessary Documents and Report by all Section are update on time with proper filling
- Attend Critical situation (internal & external) when required.
- Manage Company property (Service tools, Service equipment, Vehicle, Office and Others)
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Accounting;
- Diploma in Engineering, Management, or Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with managers and colleagues.
