Service Manager

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Service Manager to join a growing and reputable company in the heavy equipment services industry. With a strong presence in the market, we specialize in providing high-quality machinery solutions and after-sales support to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study overall Organization capability towards Job demands.
  • Manpower Planning – Recruitment Process, Skills, Training, Job Capacity & Work Culture.
  • Ensure proper System and Procedure has been set up for good Quality service and better productivity.
  • Follow up on Job Completion with Service Stuff to meet 3 days L/T
  • Set minimum / maximum Inventory stock
  • Select Supplier for low cost, good quality, short L/T and good response (Reliable)
  • Promote Inventory Accuracy activity
  • Ensure all necessary Documents and Report by all Section are update on time with proper filling
  • Attend Critical situation (internal & external) when required.
  • Manage Company property (Service tools, Service equipment, Vehicle, Office and Others)

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Accounting;
  • Diploma in Engineering, Management, or Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with managers and colleagues.
