Company: A leading shopping mall and commercial property operator with a strong presence in Thailand. The company manages large-scale retail and mixed-use developments and is undergoing digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and technology capabilities across the organization.

Responsibility:

  • Championing digital transformative technology initiatives, IT architecture and strategy
    development that streamline operations and enhance customer experiences to meet company
    objective and goal.
  • Overseeing of IT infrastructure, applications and devices ensuring scalability, security to support
    the organization’s growth.
  • Overall IT budget planning and control spending.
  • Identifies opportunity to lean IT systems and technology to gain effective IT operation and cost
    management.
  • Leading the technology team by fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging out-of-the-box
    thinking to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with other department leadership for strategic initiatives, implementing
    solutions that drive data-driven decision-making, and aligning tech strategy with roadmaps. And
    establishes long-term IT needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems and
    acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet business needs.
  • Mitigating technology-related risks by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and policies,
    disaster recovery plans or IT business continuity plans, and compliance strategies, safeguarding
    the company’s reputation and data integrity.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service
    quality, with a focus on evaluating current technologies and partners.
  • Develop and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
    continuous improvement.
  • Streamline IT processes and enhance efficiencies to meet the evolving needs of the business by
    leveraging best practices and best in class methodology such as 5s, ISO, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma
    to increase organization productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology, or a
    related technology field.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT including at least 10 years’ experience in proven
    experiences of IT management/leadership role or at least Director level in large scale of IT multisystems.
  • Extensive experienced in IT strategy and roadmap design including digital transformation
    execution. Experience and expertise in information technology, with at least 10 years of proven
    success in leading and managing a large or complex enterprise-wide technology operation,
    including strategic planning, IT budgeting, and procurement contracts, Business Continuity
    Resilience, Disaster Recovery planning and Risk Management.
  • Strong technical experiences in Oracle EBS as a foundation and Google suite/Microsoft365
    environment as collaboration platform.
  • Experienced in technology solution implementation in CRM, HR, Property management and data
    analytics will be advantage.
  • Strong Business knowledge/processes in large scale shopping mall and property/facility
    management with proven technology and IT foundation execution/delivery/support.
  • Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a particular focus on the facilitation
    of generative discussions that lead to action items tied to clear outcomes.
  • Project Management skills/experiences is a must (Agile-Scrum based practice)
  • Demonstrable drive to evolve the information systems function to keep pace with business
    needs, technology trends, and information security requirements and provide fact-based,
    analytical support to the company to evolve its information technology infrastructure.
  • Familiar with matrix organization by working with Group IT leadership for maximizing the
    benefits for the company.
  • Advanced technology experiences in RPA and AI will be a plus.
  • Certified in 5s, ISO, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma will be a plus.
