Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property management across all
shopping mall assets. - Oversee daily operations including building management, tenant service,
security, traffic control, loss prevention, safety , cleaning and landscape
management . - Manage annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with leasing, marketing, finance and related departments to support
business objectives. - Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation and technology adoption to improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in property or facilities management.
- At least 5–7 years in senior management or executive-level roles.
- Strong experience in shopping mall or commercial property management.
