Warehouse & Inventory Manager – FMCG/Food Industry

Location: Southern, Thailand
Company: Leading Thai company in agriculture/food sector listed on SET
Reporting to: Assistant Factory Director

Requirement:

1. Spare Parts and General Supplies Warehouse

  • 1.1 Plan and control overall warehouse operations. 
  • 1.2 Approve related documents such as Purchase Requisitions, Goods Receipt Notes, Requisition Forms, and Bin Cards.
  • 1.3 Inspect inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment. 
  • 1.4 Review SCL reports. 
  • 1.5 Review slow-moving inventory reports for cost control. 
  • 1.6 Monitor purchasing status of supplies, materials, and tools. 

2. Oil Warehouse Operations 

  • 2.1 Control inbound and outbound movements of raw materials and oil products. 
  • 2.2 Calculate stock volume using the Tank Level Monitoring system. 
  • 2.3 Ensure product quality during storage in accordance with standards. 
  • 2.4 Prepare raw materials for production and packaging. 
  • 2.5 Inspect remaining oil inventory balances. 
  • 2.6 Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department in analyzing returned product issues. 
  • 2.7 Plan and monitor pipeline systems, equipment, and maintenance activities. 
  • 2.8 Control calibration activities according to the established plan. 

3. Finished Goods Warehouse 

  • 3.1 Control receiving and storage of products in accordance with FIFO / FEFO principles. 
  • 3.2 Verify inventory control records (Bin Cards) against actual stock. 
  • 3.3 Monitor issuing, stock deductions, and transfers between warehouses. 
  • 3.4 Analyze and develop preventive measures for customer returns, including management of returned goods. 

4. Overall Warehouse and Inventory Management 

  • 4.1 Plan, monitor, and control departmental operations to achieve assigned targets. 
  • 4.2 Support and implement quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, Safety, TISI, 5S, TPM, and Energy Conservation activities in alignment with company objectives. 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple types of warehouses, including oil warehouses, supplies warehouses, spare parts warehouses, and finished goods warehouses. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, inventory control, and the ability to analyze stock reports.
