Reporting to: Assistant Factory Director
Requirement:
1. Spare Parts and General Supplies Warehouse
- 1.1 Plan and control overall warehouse operations.
- 1.2 Approve related documents such as Purchase Requisitions, Goods Receipt Notes, Requisition Forms, and Bin Cards.
- 1.3 Inspect inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
- 1.4 Review SCL reports.
- 1.5 Review slow-moving inventory reports for cost control.
- 1.6 Monitor purchasing status of supplies, materials, and tools.
2. Oil Warehouse Operations
- 2.1 Control inbound and outbound movements of raw materials and oil products.
- 2.2 Calculate stock volume using the Tank Level Monitoring system.
- 2.3 Ensure product quality during storage in accordance with standards.
- 2.4 Prepare raw materials for production and packaging.
- 2.5 Inspect remaining oil inventory balances.
- 2.6 Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department in analyzing returned product issues.
- 2.7 Plan and monitor pipeline systems, equipment, and maintenance activities.
- 2.8 Control calibration activities according to the established plan.
3. Finished Goods Warehouse
- 3.1 Control receiving and storage of products in accordance with FIFO / FEFO principles.
- 3.2 Verify inventory control records (Bin Cards) against actual stock.
- 3.3 Monitor issuing, stock deductions, and transfers between warehouses.
- 3.4 Analyze and develop preventive measures for customer returns, including management of returned goods.
4. Overall Warehouse and Inventory Management
- 4.1 Plan, monitor, and control departmental operations to achieve assigned targets.
- 4.2 Support and implement quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, Safety, TISI, 5S, TPM, and Energy Conservation activities in alignment with company objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple types of warehouses, including oil warehouses, supplies warehouses, spare parts warehouses, and finished goods warehouses.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, inventory control, and the ability to analyze stock reports.
